 Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. i did not have a good hydrafacial experience. at no point was i explained the steps of the facial. the extraction process was extremely painful and she used a lot of force, and went over areas multiple times, causing more pain. even when the next step of the facial started, she’d keep going back and extracting, so it felt never ending. i did not receive any consultation or discussion about my skin before starting, and my esthetician was on her phone throughout the session (it was buzzing, ringing, and vibrating next to my head). i asked for a milia extraction and it was bleeding as i left, and throughout the facial she rubbed at it with a paper towel - painful. 3 days later and my skin is riddled with red cuts and scabs from the extraction and tools used, and my face is still sore to the touch, which has not happened for me after a hydrafacial. i would not go back.
